5. Data Retention

On-Device Data

• Data is retained on your device for as long as you use the app
• Uninstalling the app removes all local data

iCloud Data (Pro)

• Synced data is retained while your iCloud account is active
• You can delete synced data through the app at any time

• No advertising SDKs

7. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

Age Requirements

• Age rating: 4+ (suitable for all ages)
• The app does not collect personal information from children
• No account creation is required

8. International Data Transfers

• Local storage: Health data is stored on your device and does not leave your device unless you enable iCloud sync
• iCloud sync: If enabled, data is transferred and stored by Apple under their privacy terms
